That Blissful Day Package - $700
- Two weeks of unlimited help and consultation -
_Help developing day of timeline
- An emergency bridal kit
- Ensuring that the wedding party is photo-ready
_Assisting in set up and tear down of ceremony/reception
- Managing and directing wedding party members and guests throughout the ceremony/reception
- Coordinating with vendors and musicians throughout the night
- Managing any emergencies that arise
Half Way There Package - $1,000
-All items included in That Blissful Day Package
- Six months of unlimited help & consultation
-Assisting with theme, colors, decor, vendors, ect.
Beginning to End Package- $1,400
-We assist in planning your wedding from beginning to the end.
-Unlimited help & consultation
- Attend Venue and Vendor meetings
-Assisting with theme, colors, decor, ect.
- All items included in That Blissful Day Package.
Additional Assistant - $300
An Additional Assistant is required if one or both of the following applies:
- Wedding guest count is over 175 people.
- If no staffing is provided with the venue or through the hired catering team.

When we first started planning our wedding, we thought we were going to be able to do it all on our own. As the weeks wound down, we realized we were in need of a “day of” wedding planner who had more experience than we did. My husband and I got married on 06.20.15 at Tahoe Paradise Resort in South Lake Tahoe, and we were so grateful to have Kayla as our wedding coordinator!
I started planning my wedding 3 months before. I thought I could do it all by myself because I already had the ceremony and reception venue, wedding details, and all the vendors lined up! As the wedding started approaching, I was getting more and more stressed out each day with all the preparations and with the thought of who is going to coordinate everything on the day of the wedding. So I decided that I would need to have a “day-of” coordinator, or I might go crazy during the wedding day!

She even made the beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids, and our parents boutonnieres and corsages!
