We work hard to make sure the day flows accordingly while the bride and the family enjoy the Big Day! Let us handle the logistics, so you can handle the party.
That Blissful Day Package - Starting $1,200
- A month of unlimited help and consultation -
- Timeline Review
- An emergency bridal kit
-Assisting in set up and tear down of ceremony/reception
- Managing and directing wedding party members and guests throughout the ceremony/reception
- Coordinating with vendors and musicians throughout the night
- Managing any emergencies that arise
Half Way There Package - Starting $2,500
-All items included in That Blissful Day Package
- Six months of unlimited help & consultation
-Assisting with theme, colors, decor, vendors, ect.

Beginning to End Package- Starting $3,500
-We assist in planning your wedding from beginning to the end.
-Unlimited help & consultation
- Attend Venue and Vendor meetings
-Assisting with theme, colors, decor, ect.
- All items included in That Blissful Day Package.
Additional Assistant - $400
An Additional Assistant is required if one or both of the following applies:
- Wedding guest count is over 150 people.
and/or
- If no staffing is provided with the venue or through the hired catering team.

Kayla was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. We hired her for the 6 month package and she was available to assist as much or as little as needed. We were planning our wedding from across the country and Kayla went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect; she often acted as a personal therapist to help calm my nerves as well. She handled our day with grace, even at 7 months pregnant. I was most impressed by her memory as she knew our entire families by name and the seating chart without looking! Kayla was everything we could have asked for in a day of coordinator! She made our day so smooth and took care of every detail. She caters to her clients so well. Each conversation leading up to the day made me feel even better prepared than the last and then day of she was on top of everything we talked about, and unforeseen things that popped up!
